Abstract

The growing impact of Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) on the health of the working population requires innovative and preventive strategies to promote quality of life in the workplace. This study reports the experience of a multidisciplinary intervention program in a large company, based on the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine.
